Secretariat
Hardware, Software, Communication Systems, Personnel & Coordination – Two - Three months prior to the Conference, includes Pre-Conference Registrations and Documentation.

Pre-Conference

• Printing and designing of Conference Badges, stationery, documents, brochures, invitation cards, car parking labels, Thermal Binding, Spiral Binding etc.
• Designing & developing website for promotions & online registration.
• Fabrication of Delegate kit, Ethnic folders.
• Setting up of Conference Secretariat with latest office automation equipment e.g. Computers, Hevy duty / Digital Photocopiers, Laser Printers, Manpower etc.
• On spot Badge making facility as available as per the requirement.

In-Conference 

• Signage including direction panel for airport, paging boards, backdrops, indication signs, welcome towers, scrolls, nameplates, place cards, podium logo, gate hoardings, parking boards registration/assistance counters.
• Audio visual equipment including slide projectors, overhead projectors, screen, LCD panel, video projectors, data projectors with computer interface (IBM Compatible/Apple Macintosh), laser printers, microphones.
• Local transport including transportation from respective hotels to the conference venue/reception venues/cultural programs and local sight seeing.
• Registration manual/computerized.
• Delegate Badges - Designing, Printing, Lamination & Plastic Badges.
